The 300 Hour Yoga Teacher Training in Rishikesh has been created to build on the knowledge of the 200 hour one. You can say, that it is a more in-depth analysis of the learnings covered in the foundational course. Anyone who has completed the basic course is eligible to apply for the advanced one. You must ensure to pursue the course from a Registered Yoga School under Yoga Alliance.
